Creepy Nuts' "Otonoke" vaults to No. 1 on the Japan Hot 100 chart, rising from No. 4 to the top for the week dated Oct. 23. The song, which serves as the opening theme for the anime series Dandadan, was released digitally on Oct. 4 and initially entered the chart at No. 32 on the Oct. 9-dated list. Reaching No. 4 last week, this marks the hip-hop duo's second No. 1 hit in just three weeks.

The music video for "Otonoke" features impressive visuals by R-Shitei and DJ Matsunaga, helping it nearly reach No. 2 in video views. Streaming numbers saw a massive 109 percent increase compared to the previous week.

The track now also tops the Global Japan Songs Excl. Japan chart as of Oct. 17 and is gaining popularity worldwide, especially in Singapore, France, the U.K., South Africa, the U.S., and Brazil. Following the success of their previous hit, "Bling-Bang-Bang-Born," "Otonoke" has become another big milestone for Creepy Nuts.

Meanwhile, Snow Man's "One," which serves as the ending theme for the anime Blue Lock VS U-20 JAPAN, is at No. 2. "Otonoke" has also led downloads and will be featured on the group's upcoming album, RAYS, set to release on Oct. 30.

Mrs. GREEN APPLE stays steady at No. 3 with "Lilac," while JOY makes her debut at No. 4 with her high-profile single "Hatsukoi Cinderella," produced by former member Rino Sashihara. The song, the second single from the girl group, moved 130,708 copies across all formats, nearly selling out physical editions of the track.

MISAMO jumps 13 spots to No. 8, driven by streaming and radio airplay. The mini album by TWICE members MINA, SANA, and MOMO, titled HAUTE COUTURE, will be released on Nov. 6.

AKASAKI's "Bunny Girl" also enters the top 10, climbing from No. 14 to 10, marking the 18-year-old singer-songwriter's first appearance in the top 10 after a portion of the song went viral on TikTok.
